Mr. Kamis specializes in residential and commercial lending.  Scott tailors each customers mortgage to the specific needs and goals of his customers. He brings a wealth of real estate and financial experience to Bay Area Advisors. Scott had been an active member of BAA for three years.

Mr. Kamis was born in Denver, CO and grew up in Midland, TX. Scott is a natural born leader. In high school he was captain of his soccer team and in the student council senate. He received an athletic and leadership scholarship to attend Schreiner University in Kerrville, TX. Scott started all four years for the mountaineers and was the captain of his soccer team his junior and senior year. While in college he was also involved in student government and was elected senior class president. Scott majored in business management and graduated in 2001 with a B.B.A.

After college Mr. Kamis got involved in real estate he started off working for a land developer in Kerrville, TX. Scott moved into real estate sales with Coldwell Banker. He was a Diamond Society Member Top 15% of agents nationwide after only his second year. After getting married to the love of his life Melissa in 2004 the two of them decided to make a move to Tampa. Scott immediately found an interest in the financial side of real estate and started with World Savings as an account executive. He was a natural fit and was promoted to district sales manager after only 10 months. World Savings merged with Wachovia in early 2007. Mr. Kamis moved to Integrity Financial Services and has been there ever since. Scott currently resides in the Carrollwood with his wife Melissa.
