Hal Weitzenfeld is an associate with the firm’s Tampa office and handles cases involving personal injury, real estate, premises liability, wrongful death, nursing home neglect and medical malpractice claims, as well as other general liability issues.

Mr. Weitzenfeld is originally from Hollywood, Florida, and graduated from the University of Florida, with honors, majoring in Decision and Information Sciences. Mr. Weitzenfeld attended law school at University of Florida College of Law of Law in Gainesville, Fl and earned his Juris Doctorate in 2002.  Prior to joining Cole Scott & Kissane, Mr. Weitzenfeld worked as an associate at Greenspoon Marder, PA, a firm in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, that practices in all facets of litigation and real estate.
