Mr. DiBlasi joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Brokerage Services Group in October 2006.

In 2007, Mr. DiBlasi transacted 62 deals totaling more than 380,000 SF of office and industrial space in the Tampa Bay Market.  He currently represents over 1 million square feet of industrial property in Tampa Bay.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. DiBlasi worked for Bartley & Associates Realty Advisors where he managed a portfolio consisting of over 500,000 SF of office and industrial properties in the Tampa Bay MSA. Mr. DiBlasi also spent four years working in public accounting
where he specialized in the taxation of closely held businesses and wealthy individuals.  He represented several clienteles before the Internal Revenue Service for non-compliance of federal tax laws.  Mr. DiBlasi successfully negotiated significant reductions of federal income tax assessments on behalf of his clients.

Mr. DiBlasi holds a B.A. in accounting and finance from Florida State University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida.
